Orders placed on a game marked as live will follow these rules:
  1. If the order does not match any existing liquidity, it will be placed immediately
  2. If the order does match existing liquidity, it will incur a delay period before it is executed.
  3. Different leagues have different live delay periods.
    1. NFL, UFCMMA, NCAAF - 3 seconds.
    2. NCAAB, NBA - 5 seconds.
    3. ATP, WTA - 8 seconds.
    4. Default - 10 seconds.
  4. After the delay, the order will attempt to execute.
    1. If the odds improve, it will match instantly
    2. If the odds decrease, it will not match
